General Introduction :

RTFD-GZL series vacuum freeze dryers are commercial type, used for mass production, shelf area from 1m2 to 50m2 . It uses B itzer refrigeration unit, condensation temperature -75ºC,with stable and reliable performance . CIP and SIP systems can be options.

RTFD-GZL series vacuum freeze dryers are widely used in blood products, vaccines and biological products, chemical and medicine field. In large pharmaceutical companies, freeze dryer is widely used. Freeze drying process can improve the quality of medicines and storage period.

Scope of application:
Used in pharmaceutical industry, suitable for products in bulk (in liquid, solid ,paste state, etc.) .Freezing and drying process will be finished on shelf inside drying chamber.

  adjust the process in real time, and improve process optimization rate.

*Flexible manual + automatic control mode, manual mode used to explore the process, automatic mode for batch production

*Control system with powerful functions can record and store operation data, curves and alarm records for up
  to ten years, and improve the traceability of products. At the same time, it is convenient for observation,
  operation and fault diagnosis.

*The user level and password can be set, the operation management can be divided and GMP related requirements can be met.
